Obitelj Plus Lepeza Package

Obitelj Plus Lepeza Package is no longer in offer, but other service packages are available: Start Package, Smart Package, Superior Package and Package for the Youth.

The primary and additional users can use all products/services included with a single monthly fee. 

Free transactions in HRK are payments for which no fee is charged, and refer to initiated payments in HRK or payments via standing order and SEPA direct debit to business entities in the Bank and payments in HRK to accounts outside the Bank.
Free transactions in HRK include only payments to accounts in the Republic of Croatia from the accounts included in the Lepeza Package that are conducted via mandatory and optional channels included in the Lepeza Package.
For channels arranged by the client that are not included in the Lepeza Package, the client cannot use the benefit of free transactions in HRK.

Roadside assistance services in Croatia and abroad are used when your vehicle suddenly stops working due to a mechanical, electrical, electronic or hydraulic causes. Those services apply to personal cars used for private purposes, total mass up to 3.5 tons (not goods vehicles), and to motorcycles with registration plates registered at Zagrebačka banka. The driver must possess a valid car registration document.

An additional user of the Obitelj Plus Lepeza Package is entitled to all services up to the amount of coverage just as the primary user, but not for the same event at the same time.
The term “event” in this case refers to an individual service (e.g. vehicle towing, glazier, plumber), so the primary and additional users cannot, for example, both claim funds individually for the same vehicle malfunction at the same time.
For the part of Travel Insurance services “Organizations and coverage of medical expenses”, it is implied that the primary user of the Lepeza Package, the primary user's spouse and up to 4 of their under-aged children (children up to 18 years of age) are included in that insurance. In addition, under the condition that an additional user of the Lepeza Package is registered at the same address as the primary user of the Lepeza Package, the additional user, the additional user's spouse and up to 4 of their under-aged children may also be included in this coverage.

Servis Centar users may request assistance 24/7, 365 days a year.

Mondial Asistance, as the data processor, will ask for the following information: your name and surname, package model, IBAN, vehicle type and registration, accident location and contact number, brief description of the event, so they could identify you as the package user, i.e. enable the use of Servis Centar services.
