Zagrebačka banka will replace all existing Visa cards with new Mastercard cards by the end of February 2025. You don’t have to submit a card replacement request. • Activation: Before calling, make sure you have activated the card in accordance with the instructions which you have received in the letter together with the delivered card.
• First transaction - contact required: After activating the card, the first transaction must be carried out by inserting it into the POS or ATM along with the PIN, after which it can be used contactless.
• Available amount: Check available account balance or spending limit/credit limit.
• Daily limit: Each card has assigned daily limits for safety. Check the daily limit per card for different payment methods and cash withdrawals.
• Digital wallet: Check which cards have been added to Google PAY, Garmin Pay or Apple Pay. Delete the old card and add the new Mastercard card.
