Servis Centar S includes:

Assistance in your house/apartment

  • organization of urgent arrival of workmen in case of urgent repairs (plumber, electrician, locksmith, glazier)
  • compensation for the bill of skilled workmen for provided services up to EUR 146
  • providing information on the addresses of workmen performing urgent repairs

Medical assistance in the country

  • organization of emergency doctor visit in case of an accident with coverage up to EUR 99.54
  • organization of emergency nurse visit in case of an accident with coverage up to EUR 59.73
  • emergency medicine delivery with coverage up to EUR 33.18
  • home care after discharge from the hospital with coverage up to EUR 99.54
  • providing information on medical facilities, medicines and pharmacies

For events included in Servis Centar S, you only need to directly contact Mondial Assistance and they will organize assistance! Call the toll-free number 0800 222 384 or write an email to zaba.hr@mondial-assistance.at.
Note: All users of the Lepeza Package are provided with Servis Centar S, M or L. However, if you are not a user of the Lepeza Package, you can arrange it with the Platni Asistent Service, and in this case the fee for the Platni Asistent Service and fee for Servis Centar version of your choice are charged.

Arrangement

The services of Servis Centar are provided by Mondial Assistance, a partner of Zagrebačka banka, with an extensive network of partners worldwide.
Servis Centar is an integral part of every Lepeza Package and it is not necessary to arrange it separately. The scope of services offered by Servis Centar depend on the type of Lepeza Package you arranged.

In case you need Servis Centar services, you need to ask for assistance by calling the following numbers or by sending an email:

Servis Centar users may request assistance 24/7, 365 days a year.

Assistance at home includes plumber, electrician, locksmith and glazier services.
The service is available in Croatia, at the address that you registered at Zagrebačka banka as the owner of the Lepeza Package or a separate service of Servis Centar. That may be any address of your choice, regardless of your address of residence.

Security

Mondial Asistance, as the data processor, will ask for the following information: your name and surname, package model, IBAN, vehicle type and registration, accident location and contact number, brief description of the event, so they could identify you as the package user, i.e. enable the use of Servis Centar services.

Zagrebačka banka will process the personal data entered in the form below for the purpose of arranging a meeting in one of its branches and will keep them for 30 days. If you are a client of Zagrebačka banka, we suggest that you enter your OIB, so the banker could prepare the best financial offers based on the available data.
