Whistleblowing is the term for the confidential disclosure by an individual of a concern encountered in the workplace and business relationship relating to a potential wrongdoing related to, for example (please note this is a non-exclusive list of examples): Bribery or corruption, Money laundering, Terrorism-financing violations, Insider trading, Gifts and Entertainment Policy violations, Privacy violations, Conflicts of interest, Competition law violations, Fraud, Disclosure of confidential information, Bullying and harassment, Improper use of company resources.
Zagrebačka Banka has put in place whistleblowing system which allows employees, business partners and other third parties to report actions or occurrences that could constitute potential wrongdoing.
Employees cand send whistleblowing reports by using specific mechanisms indicated by the applicable internal rules.
Business partners and other third parties can send reports through following channels:
