Video Meeting is a service that allows you to talk to your Banker on your mobile phone or computer at a time most convenient to you.

A BRANCH
1. arrange a general-purpose cash loan of up to EUR 20,000*,
2. be informed about the approval of a cash loan of up to EUR 40,000**,
3. get information about the credit card, housing loan or general-purpose cash loan application process.
* Provided Zagrebačka banka’s internal creditworthiness assessment criteria are met , clients who have been employed for an indefinite period and whose last 6 salaries have been paid into an account opened with the Bank will not be required to provide a Declaration of Consent to Seizure or a Promissory Note when arranging loans of up to EUR 15,000 with a repayment term of up to 84 months. For clients who have been receiving a salary from the Bank for the last 12 months, the loan amount can be up to EUR 20,000, provided that all the previously stated conditions are met.
** When the loan is approved, the contract documents will be waiting for you at the branch, and once they are certified by a notary public, the funds will be disbursed into your current account.

It is important that you have at hand an identity document, a computer and a mobile phone with our online banking mobile application installed (m-zaba), as well as to turn on your camera and speakers.
The banker will never ask you for your card PIN or any card details (card number, expiry date or the security code appearing on the back of your card), your m-zaba PIN, token number, OTP or MAC data.
To conduct a video meeting, we use the Microsoft Teams platform, which is free and easy to use.
You can access it:
1. via your COMPUTER – you don’t have to install the platform, you can simply connect to it via your web browser (e.g. Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Safari), or
2. via your MOBILE PHONE - you have to install the free Microsoft Teams platform before the meeting (it is available on Google Play, App Store or App Gallery, just type in Microsoft Teams in your browser).
If you choose to install the platform, we recommend you do this while you have access to a Wi-Fi connection.

The Video Meeting with a Banker is a service provided by the Bank, which allows you to talk to your Banker and negotiate a cash loan of up to EUR 20,000. You can use any device (computer, mobile phone, tablet) that allows you to set up a videoconference (camera, microphone and speaker) to have a Video Meeting.
It is important that the device that you will be using for the Video Meeting has a good internet connection, your camera and speaker are turned on, the e-mail address registered within the Bank’s system is accessible, and that you have installed a PDF reader tool. We recommend you connect to the meeting using your computer.
Also, please have your mobile phone in which you have installed the m-zaba app with you – we will need it to identify you.
You can connect to a meeting using any device (computer, mobile phone, tablet) via the free Microsoft Teams platform. All you need to do is install Microsoft Teams through Google Play (Android), App Store (iPhone) or App Gallery (Huawei). If you choose to use your computer, you do not need to install the platform as you will connect via your browser (for example, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Safari). We will identify you at the very beginning of the Video Meeting. The Banker will ask you to provide your identifying particulars (OIB, MBG or account number). We will then send you a push notification to the mobile phone number registered within the Bank’s system, through which you will confirm your identity.
You will sign the agreement and all other documents using a qualified electronic signature, which is equally effective for legal purposes as your personal signature. You will obtain a certificate for your qualified electronic signature free of charge during your Video Meeting with your Banker (unless you already have one).
