The Superior Package may be arranged by adults who have legal capacity, who have previously concluded the Agreement on Transactions.

The Superior Package allows maximum flexibility with a single monthly fee:

  • maintenance of a current account in EUR, giro account in EUR, Multi-currency current account and a Multi-currency giro account with a debit card
  • the possibility of having an unlimited number of proxies for every account in the package, free of charge
  • an unlimited number of national and cross-border payments in EUR from transaction accounts in EUR made using the online banking services included in a package, or a standing order, and SEPA Direct Debit
  • online banking services (m-zaba and e-zaba)
  • i-Bills service
  • arranging and using the e-trade service
  • the possibility of issuing a credit card at the request of the client (in line with the Bank's internal rules) with no registration or membership fees for the primary and all additional users (Standard or Platinum Mastercard credit card)
  • the possibility of using contracted overdraft per current account in EUR in the amount and for the period approved in line with the Bank’s business policy, up to max. EUR 7.000, with an interest rate of 7.19%
  • instalment payment with a debit card for the current account in EUR available with no interest or fees, limit up to EUR 2,700, in accordance with the Bank's business policy
  • 3 free cash withdrawals at ATMs of other banks’ in Croatia per month
  • arranging a standing order - in favour of an account opened by a natural person with the Bank or a member of the Group of Zagrebačka banka d.d., including Allianz Hrvatska d.d. and Allianz ZB d.o.o.
  • cash withdrawal using a debit card at an ATM of UniCredit Group abroad, from a current account in EUR or a giro account in EUR free of charge (find ATMs using m-zaba)

Note: By concluding the Agreement on Transactions, the use of banking and non-banking services included in the package, and enabled to the user by the Bank during the term of agreement, will be automatically activated for the Superior Package user. The user can subsequently deactivate or re-activate a certain service by submitting a request to the Bank.

As part of Servis Centar, the Superior Package also includes:

  1. home assistance - emergency repairs up to EUR 150 per incident, max. twice a year
  2. roadside assistance in Croatia and abroad - towing or repair services on the spot up to EUR 200/; accommodation up to EUR 60 in Croatia or EUR 85 abroad; journey continuation up to EUR 150
  3. compensation of false payment costs and compensation in case of theft of personal money
  4. coverage of the costs of replacing identification documents in case of damage, theft or lost
    • compensation of fraudulent charges by means of payment and compensation in the event of theft of personal money up to EUR 500
    • cost of replacement and delivery of identification documents up to EUR 500
  5. insuring your mobile device against theft or misuse up to EUR 500 EUR, max. once a year
  6. trip cancellation insurance up to EUR 2,000, travel health insurance up to EUR 30,000 and dental service up to EUR 500 as well as emergency medical transport on a trip when you need transport due to an emergency
  7. compensation in case the subject of online purchase is not delivered, it is lost or damaged- up to EUR 1500 and legal aid for cyber risks up to EUR 1500 - divided into max. three claims for the duration of insurance
