ZB Trader HR

One working day after ZABA Brokeri receive all necessary documents, provided that they are valid.

A natural person can have only one ZB Trader HR and one ZB Trader Global account.

The ZB Trader Service is available to adults exclusively. If your children meet this criterion, they can open their own account.

Zagrebačka banka offers a free 15-day trial account, where you can try out trading on the ZB Trader Global platform before opening a live trading account. Apply now and try it out!

Note: it is not possible to try out ZB Trader HR via a trial account.

The following fees are charged for managing a ZB Trader account:

•  ZB Trader Global: there is no account maintenance fee
•  In order to have the overview of the market in real time, a user of ZB Trader Global has to subscribe using the tool for subscriptions on the platform.
•  Note: the subscription fee will be charged immediately upon arranging and it will always be charged for the entire calendar month, irrespective of the date of subscription.
•  ZB Trader HR: EUR 1,33 per month
•  The fee includes an overview of the market with 10 best deals for buying and selling, and transactions on the Zagreb Stock Exchange in real time
•  Note: users of Dinamična, Elastična, Obitelj Plus and Premium Lepeza Packages do not pay the monthly usage fee.
  

You can make payments to ZB Trader HR in two ways:

• Via e-zaba:
• select Funds Transfer from the ZB Trader HR menu on the left
• you can carry out two types of transfer:
• transfer of funds from your current account to your brokerage account
• transfer of funds from your brokerage account to your current account
• in the Service field, a drop-down menu opens with brokerage services (accounts) to which you can add funds
• in the Amount field, you need to enter the amount of funds (use a comma as the separator)
• you can make an order for the transfer of funds by clicking Prepare > you need to authenticate the order using the MAC (APPLI2) and then click Carry out
• Via payment slip:
• Data for payment:
• payee: ZABA Brokeri, Samoborska cesta 145, Zagreb
• giro account: HR3823600001300050334
• model: 12
• reference number: JMBG number of the client
• purpose: payment for the purchase of stocks

Note: transfers carried out on working days before 2 p.m. will be available for trading on the same working day. Transfers carried out on working days after 2 p.m. will be available for trading on the following working day.

Zagrebačka banka carries out transfers from/to accounts within Zagrebačka banka free of charge. Transfers from/to accounts outside Zagrebačka banka may be subject to fees of other banks. If Zagrebačka banka is charged a fee of other bank, that cost will be transferred to the client.

Via e-zaba:

• select Registration of Securities from the ZB Trader HR menu on the left
• you can carry out registration or deregistration of securities.
• in the Designation field you need to enter the name or symbol of the stock – entering the first letter opens a drop-down menu from which you can select the stock.
• in the Amount field, you need to enter the amount of stocks that you wish to register or deregister
• by selecting Carry out Application, you will send an email to ZABA Brokeri with an application for the registration or deregistration of the specified amount of stocks.

Via ZABA Brokeri:

You can request an application for the registration of stocks from ZABA Brokeri directly.
You can contact ZABA Brokeri weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 16:30 p.m. via e-mail brokeri@unicreditgroup.zaba.hr or phone 01 4801 544.
The registration process: when you receive an application for the registration of stocks, it is necessary to call the CDCC on the phone number 01 4607 300 and confirm the registration via IVR or directly with the operator. Once the stocks are registered, they will be visible on your brokerage account and you can place orders.

ZB Trader HR
A transfer of stocks to or from a ZB Trader HR account is free of charge.

ZB Trader Global
A transfer of stocks to your ZB Trader Global account is free of charge.
For a transfer of stocks from your ZB Trader Global account you are charged an exit fee of EUR 50 per ISIN (max. EUR 160).

The ZB Trader HR service is a service for online trading of securities on the Zagreb Stock Exchange and the only possible currency of the account is the local currency.
ZB Trader Global is a service for online trading of securities in international stock exchanges, and when arranging the service, you need to choose the base currency of your account – you will add and disburse funds in the chosen currency in the future. Also, evaluation of your portfolio will be expressed in your chosen base currency.
The funds can be added or disbursed in a currency other than the base currency, however, the fee for conversion of 0.50% will be charged. If you will trade in securities in a currency other than the base currency via your ZB Trader Global account, all gains or losses on such positions will be converted into the base currency, plus/minus the fee for conversion of 0.50%.
Note: the fee for conversion is based on the mid-market FX spot rate at the time of transfer or closing the position, plus/minus 0.50%.

Also, you can see the estimated cost in case of execution of the order on the info panel of the trading card prior to the exposure of the order.

The most common reasons for the Invalid Login or Password message or 0x80040009 error are as follows:

• The login ID you entered is incorrect or invalid. Please check whether you entered the correct ID.
• The password is entered incorrectly or expired. Please enter the password carefully. Please check that Caps Lock is turned off.  If the problem persists, request a new password from ZABA Brokeri weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 16:30 p.m. via phone  01 4801 544 or email brokeri@unicreditgroup.zaba.hr.

You can change the initial quantities in the trading card under Modify Amounts.

Bonds are not traded through stock exchanges and thus orders cannot be exposed via the ZB Trader HR or ZB Trader Global platforms.

Once the position in a particular bond is opened, it will be displayed on the platform and you will be able to track it online.
