e-branch allows you to schedule a video meeting with an e-banker through which you can receive all information and arrange a non-purpose cash loan up to EUR 15.000 under the terms offered by the Bank without visiting a branch.

Via our e-branch, you can also submit an application for a loan up to EUR 40.000. Information about the loan, the associated conditions and any additional documents that may be required will be provided to you by the e-banker during the video meeting. To arrange a video meeting, you must have m-zaba and an e-mail address verified within the Bank’s system. To set up an appointment, simply contact us via chat, phone or e-mail.

Use the e-branch service in situations when your personal banker is unavailable, when you are unable to meet with your personal banker, or when your personal banker is unable to have a meeting with you due to other scheduled meetings with clients. There are also other situations in which you will find it easier and quicker to contact an e-banker (e.g. in order to execute a particular transaction or get information about the nearest ATM).

To make an international payment via e-branch, follow these steps:

• download the International Payment Request (instructions available here),
• send the completed request to: e-poslovnica@unicreditgroup.zaba.hr,
• contact an e-banker via e-branch (using the chat option) who will execute your international payment request based on your consent.
