Credit institutions are starting to process and exchange their clients’ data in the General Registry System (OSR) via the Croatian Registry of Credit Obligations (HROK).
Credit institutions will exchange data on their clients’, both legal and natural persons’, financial liabilities via the General Registry System in order to assess their creditworthiness and manage credit risk.
The said data refer not only to the clients’ current liabilities, including both outstanding and due unsettled liabilities, but also their financial liabilities, which have been paid or settled in another way.
For more information about data processing in the OSR system, read the Information on the processing of personal data in the Basic system of the Register between credit and financial institutions.
