Set up a Video Meeting with your Banker in just a few steps!



A Video Meeting is a service that allows you to talk to your Banker via mobile phone or computer at a time that suits you the best.



It is important that you have at hand a computer or mobile phone with our mobile banking installed, your camera and speaker turned on. Please note that the Bank does not record video meetings.

To conduct a video meeting, we use the Microsoft Teams platform, which is free and easy to use.

1. via your COMPUTERyou don’t have to install the platform,you can simply connect to it via your web browser (e.g. Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Safari)

2. via MOBILE - before the meeting it is necessary to install the free Microsoft Teams platform (just type Microsoft Teams in the search engine on Google Play, App Store or App Gallery).

Scheduling a meeting

You can schedule a meeting via your m-zaba.

Confirming your appointment

After making an appointment, we will send you an e-mail confirmation and a link to join the meeting.

Setting up your Video Meeting

You will join the meeting via the link that we will send to your e-mail address.
Before the video meeting, check the internet consumption on your device. The Bank does not bear the cost of the internet during the video meeting.

Conversation

During your video meeting with the banker, you will get information about the Bank's products and services.

What if the video meeting is interrupted?

Don't worry, the banker will call you right away and arrange a continuation of the meeting via the same link where you already had the meeting.
