m-zaba business banking

NEW AND MODERN M-ZABA BUSINESS BANKING!

The m-zaba business banking service (m-zabaPS) is mobile banking intended for companies, entrepreneurs, craftsmen, associations and other clients who have an open transaction account in Zagrebačka banka. It enables faster, safe, efficient and cost-effective business without coming to the Bank, and is available 24 hours a day.

It is available on all mobile networks, and all you need is a mobile device with an Apple, Android or HarmonyOS operating system that can access the Internet.

With m-zaba you can:

  1. check account balance and activities of your transaction accounts, time deposits accounts, your units in ZB Invest funds, and activities of your transaction account for the current and the previous two calendar years,
  2. carry out payment orders within the daily limit:
    • national payments in EUR and foreign currency in favour of the payee’s account in Zagrebačka banka or in another domestic bank,
    • orders for payment abroad - regular cross-border orders in EUR and international orders,
  3. pay bills with amounts above the daily limit:
    • by scanning the bar code on the payment slip using the m-photo pay option,
    • by scanning data from an invoice that is not standardized (word, PDF, excel) (fast scan)
  4. create payment orders in EUR and foreign currency from the details of debit or credit activity,
  5. create the payment order using the Upload QR code from your gallery option within the m-photo pay option,
  6. if you are a user of e-zaba business banking at the same time, place orders with e-zaba and execute them with m-zaba without amount limitation,
  7. payment orders entered via m-zaba or e-zaba can be signed and sent for execution as a group,
  8. carry out currency exchange orders using the regular exchange rate,
  9. revoke direct debit orders,
  10. review payment orders for the current year and two previous calendar years,
  11. send confirmation on executed payment order for national payment orders in EUR, foreign currency and cross-border and international orders to an e-mail address of your choice,
  12. save templates for orders of national transactions in EUR, orders of foreign exchange transfers, cross-border orders in EUR and international orders,
  13. use payment templates previously created via m-zaba or e-zaba,
  14. download a statement (PDF format) on the balance of the transaction account for the current and previous calendar year,
  15. download invoices for services fees:
    • of payment transactions in euros;
    • of payment transactions in foreign currency;
    • for credit and investment business;
  16. request and receive the Company Solvency Report (form SOL-2), and contract and revoke consent for the issuance of SOL-2 at the request of third parties,
  17. get information about:
    • the amount and duration of the approved overdraft,
    • the number and amount of orders for national transactions in euros in the announcement and pending for execution
  18. in the card business section, you can:
    • activate your business cards,
    • get information on card transactions,
    • get card PIN,
    • get information on daily limits amounts and contracted and available limit amount for each card,
    • for credit cards, get information about the details of the loan, balance and transactions per loan and payment plan,
    • download the notice of incurred expenses,
  19. login with biometrics,
  20. receive a push notification every time your card is used at POS devices, ATM or for online purchase,
  21. check the exchange rate list,
  22. find the nearest ATM, business centre or branch,
  23. find Bank products using the Products option,
  24. simply and quickly set up a meeting with your banker, whether it is a video meeting, a meeting at the location of your business premises or at the Bank's location.

Arrangement

To use m-zabaPS, you need a mobile device with Internet access, enough available memory to store the application and a specific operating system:

  • iOS with minimum prerequisite version 12.0, and recommended 15.0 or later
  • Android with minimum prerequisite version 9.0, and recommended 13.0 or later
  • HarmoyOS with minimum prerequisite version 1.0


m-zabaPS cannot work on versions of operating systems lower than the minimum, and the full functionality of m-zaba on versions lower than the recommended ones depends on the specific settings of the manufacturers of individual mobile device models.

m-zabaPS is available on all mobile networks and from any place where you can establish communication with your mobile device.

You can contract the service with your banker.

Depending on which mobile device you are using, open the Apple Store, Google Play Store or App Gallery. By selecting the magnifying glass icon, enter the name of the application m-zabaPS. When the required application appears, first select it in the search result and click on "Install".

Please make sure that the mobile device is connected on the Internet.

Activation

Users of m-zabaPS and/or m-tokenPS who are also users of e-zaba business banking service, in the case of locking of m-zabaPS/m-tokenPS, deleting the application from the mobile device and/or change of the mobile device, can submit their request for resending m-zabaPS and/or m-tokenPS application via e-zaba. The request is entered by using “m-zabaPS“ or “m-tokenPS“ option in the left vertical e-zaba menu, selecting the option “Change Service“ (“Promjena usluge”).

Upon processing the request, the identification and activation keys which are required for activating m-zabaPS and/or m-tokenPS will be available to the person authorised for using e-zaba.

If you aren't e-zaba business banking user, you can get identification and activation key at your banker.

If you deleted m-zaba from your mobile device, changed your mobile device or locked the application, you need new identification and activation key. Request them via e-zaba business banking or at your banker.

In case you want to use an already activated m-zabaPS on a mobile device on which you have not used it before, the following steps must be taken:

  • Prepare the mobile device on which you are currently use m-zabaPS and the new one on which you have already installed the application.
  • Login to the app on your old device and select the More menu and then the Settings option.
  • Select the “Move m-banking to the new device” option.
  • Follow the steps after which a screen with an identification and activation key and QR code for activating m-zaba on the new device is displayed.
  • Start m-zabaPS application on the new mobile device to which you want to move the application.
  • Scan the QR code with the camera on the new device or enter keys.
  • Enter and confirm the PIN that you will use to login to m-zabaPS on the new device.
  • After the successful activation message, your m-zabaPS is activated on the new and deactivated on the old mobile device.

Use

With m-zaba you can:

▪ check account balance and activities of your transaction and other accounts,

▪ carry out payment orders within the daily limit, and using the m-photo pay option and fast scan above the amount of daily limit,

▪ create payment orders in euros and foreign currency from the details of debit or credit activity, create the payment order using the Upload QR code from your gallery option within the m-photo pay option,

▪ payment orders entered via m-zaba or e-zaba can be signed and sent for execution as a group,

▪ review payment orders for the current year and two previous calendar years,

▪ save templates for orders of national transactions in EUR, orders of foreign exchange transfers, cross-border orders in EUR and international orders,

▪ download a statement (PDF format) on the balance of the transaction account for the current and previous calendar year and download invoices for services fees,

request and receive the Company Solvency Report (form SOL-2), and contract and revoke consent for the issuance of SOL-2 at the request of third parties,

▪ you can activate your business cards, get information on card transactions, get card PIN, get information on limits, download the notice of incurred expenses,

▪ login with biometrics,

▪ receive a push notification every time your card is used at POS devices, ATM or for online purchase,

▪ simply and quickly set up a meeting with your banker, whether it is a video meeting, a meeting at the location of your business premises or at the Bank's location.

If you are an iPhone user, you need to turn off Full Keyboard Access. Select Settings > Accessibility > Full keyboard access > Turn off.

You can make the change on the Homepage by choosing Select option or via the menu More > Settings > Select a business entity. Select the business entity with which you want to use m-banking and select Set as default. With each subsequent login to m-banking, the selected business entity will be set as default.

Currently, contracting is not enabled, but by selecting the Products option, you can select one of the offered products (Account package, Cards, Financing, Guarantees and letters of credit, Purchase of receivables and Market hedging) and schedule a meeting with the banker. We offer you to schedule a video meeting, a meeting at the bank's location or at your location at a time of your choice.

Security

All data exchanged between m-zabaPS and the Bank is protected by an encrypted connection, and access requires a PIN. PIN and business relationship data are not stored in the mobile device. By activation of m-banking a software token is installed in the mobile device, which guarantees the security of using the service.

The PIN entry is protected from unauthorized recording with a keyboard with a random display of numbers for entering the PIN. The Bank does not have access to your PIN, does not save it and will never ask you for it. Also, the Bank will never ask you to enter your PIN more than once. The PIN should be known only to you.

After multiple successive entries of the wrong PIN, m-zaba is automatically locked. Also, after three minutes of non-use, m-zaba will automatically log you out.

To change your PIN for m-zabaPS you need to log into m-banking, select More in the main menu at the bottom of the screen. After that choose Settings > Security settings PIN change.

If you want to change PIN for m-tokenPS, log into m-token, select Settings > Security settings > PIN change.

Report the loss or theft of the mobile device you use to access m-zabaPS to the Bank by calling 01/3789 888.

The PIN for access to m-banking and m-token should be known to you only, so in case of theft or loss of the mobile device, it cannot be misused.

Zagrebačka banka will process the personal data entered in the form below for the purpose of arranging a meeting in one of its branches and will keep them for 30 days. We suggest that you enter your OIB, so the banker could prepare the best financial offers based on the available data.
