Invoice discounting / financing is a product by which we offer you financing through purchase undue receivables from your buyers, evidenced in invoices or other commercial documents, arising from the sale of goods and/or provided services.
Discounting bills of exchange is a form of short-term financing in which we, at your request, purchase your received bills of exchange with a discount. You receive the discounted amount immediately, whereas the bills of exchange are sent for collection upon maturity.
Forfaiting of receivables under deferred payment letters of credit represents a model of financing of the seller, where the bank pays the discounted amount of forfaited receivable under letter of credit to the seller being the letter of credit beneficiary.
