How can I report a faulty ATM?
ATM malfunctions or issues which occur when making transactions can be reported in a branch, by calling 01 3773 333 or by sending an email to zaba@unicreditgroup.zaba.hr
Please prepare the information about the exact address of the ATM, the date of the event, and if you took the ATM receipt, the ATM number (a five-digit ID number printed on the top of the receipt).
If the complaint refers to the implementation of the transaction, the amount of payment or withdrawal, please provide as much information as possible about the transaction which will help in investigating and resolving the request: a description of events and the course of the transaction at the ATM, the ATM number and address, date and time and also the transaction amount.
