Arranging a meeting has never been this simple.

m-meeting
Arrange a video meeting with your banker or visit our branch.

Now you can book a meeting with your banker in just a couple of steps! All you need to do is
1. visit www.zaba.hr or open your m-zaba app
2. enter your data
3. choose your preferred date, time and location (a branch or a video call)
Then you will receive an email confirming that your appointment is booked.

In-person meeting

You get to choose our branch and your ideal time for a meeting. If you are our client, we will let you know what time our bankers are available.

If a time you requested is unavailable, you will be offered a new appointment time in a few moments.

Video meeting

A video meeting is the Bank’s service that allows you to meet your banker online and discuss the product with the designation “Video meeting“.

We set up these calls using Microsoft Teams, a free platform that’s very easy to use.

You just need to make sure you have:

  • m-zaba installed
  • an email address confirmed in the Bank’s system
