The Management Board of Zagrebačka banka strengthened with three new members

As of today, the Management Board of Zagrebačka banka have been joined by three new members, namely:

  • Mr. Claudio Cesario, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, responsible for the business area of  Human Resources Management;
  • Mr. Stefano Gison, Member of the Management Board, responsible for the business area of Global Banking Services;
  • Mr. Albert Angersbach, Member of the Management Board, responsible for the business area of Risk Management and Control.

They will join the current Members of The Management Board: Mr. Miljenko Živaljić, Chairman of the Management Board, Ms Dijana Hrastović, Member of the Management Board, Mr. Marko Remenar, Member of the Management Board and Mr. Lorenzo Ramajola, Member of the Management Board.
Mr. Nikolaus Maximilian Linarić who performed the function of the Member of the Management Board by today will take up new duties within the Group and his term of office in the Management Board of Zagrebacka banka has thus terminated.
New Members of the Management Board, appointed by virtue of the Decision of the Supervisory Board of Zagrebačka banka and upon the receipt of the approval of the Croatian National Bank, will perform the respective functions in the term of office until the expiry of the current term of office of other Members of the Management Board of the Bank. i.e.  until February 2019.

Claudio Cesario has matured a solid professional experience in several banks within UniCredit. He started his career in 1985 in Banco di Sicilia covering various business managerial positions across the Bank until, in 1999, he became the Head of Commercial Strategies and Development of Network & Direct Channels. He moved to Banca di Roma in 2003, where he was in charge for several positions till when in 2006 became the Head of Planning and Control, Risk Management and Internal Rating Agency.
In November 2008, Mr Cesario moves to Bank Austria to a position Head of CEE Banks Strategy, Planning and Control and Member of CEE Division Executive Committee. In addition, he was also serving in Supervisory Boards and Audit Committees in Hungary, Latvia, Bulgaria, Slovakia and in Supervisory Boards in Banja Luka and Mostar.
In May 2012 Mr Cesario is appointed as Chairman of the Management Board of UniCredit Bank Serbia, in addition to being Chairman of UniCredit Leasing Supervisory Board and Member of Serbian-Italian Business Council (SIBC). As of November 2014, he has been appointed the Deputy Chairman of Serbian Banking Association.
As of June 2016, he has been appointed the Member and the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board responsible for the business area of Human Resources Management. Mr. Cesario holds a degree in Business Economics and he is a graduate of the Accelerated Development Program of London Business School. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in Italy.

Stefano Gison joined UniCredit Group in 2004, in the Private Banking Sector of UniCredit (Turin). In 2005, he switched to Yapi Kredi (Turkey), and in 2007 he worked on UniCredit/ Capitalia merger. In 2009, Mr. Gison was appointed in UniCredit Bank Ukraine, as Head of Change Management Unit and from 2011. as Head of Multichannel Department. In 2014, he was appointed as a member of the Management Board and Head of Global Banking Services Division at UniCredit d.d. Mostar in Bosnia and Herzegovina. As of June 2016, he has been appointed the Member of the Management Board of Zagrebačka banka responsible for the business area of Global Banking Services. Mr. Gison graduated from Business Economics in Naples.

Albert Angersbach joined UniCredit Group in 2006 at UniCredit Bank Austria in Vienna as a Corporate Credit Analyst in Risk Management. In 2007 he joined Deutsche Bank AG where he was appointed as Assistant Vice President in Corporate Credit Risk Management. In 2010 Mr. Angersbach returned to UniCredit Group where he was appointed as Head of Underwriting in Risk Management at ATF Bank, Kazakhstan and in 2012 he assumed the role as Chief Risk Officer. Following sale of ATF Bank in 2013, he was appointed as Head of Corporate Credit Operations in Risk Management at UniCredit Bank Ukraine. As of June 2016, he has been appointed as a the Member of the Management Board of Zagrebačka banka responsible for the business area of Risk Management and Control. Mr. Angersbach holds Masters degree in International Finance and Law, University of Frankfurt am Main.
