We hereby wish to inform you that starting from January 2024, prices and monetary amounts will be expressed only in euro, on the basis of the termination of the legal obligation of dual display of prices and monetary amounts in euro and kuna for clients - consumers:
- in the Decision on Fees for Bank Services
- in the transaction account status and turnover report
- when providing internet and mobile banking services for a transaction account that was denominated in kuna before the introduction of the euro: the account balance and the amount of the overdraft or available balance on at least one menu/screen in the account view
- at the ATM, when withdrawing cash at the offered predefined amounts on the screen and the account balance at the inquiry to the account balance if available on the screen and print, provided that the cash is paid to the client whose account is kept by the ATM owner/user
- in the annual notification on the credit status which until the introduction of the euro was in kuna: state of overdue debt and due and unpaid debt
- in the annual notification on the deposit balance
- in essential information (prices and monetary value statements) for consumers as small investors who are users of investment and auxiliary services
- in the custody account balance report
- in notifications about pension benefits
- in accounts for fees and interest.
