Changes in the Supervisory Board membership

Following the announcement of 22 April 2026, Zagrebačka banka d.d. (hereinafter: the Bank) hereby informs that Mr Paolo Giacomin will not assume the position of a member of the Bank’s Supervisory Board for the term commencing on 13 May 2026 and ending on 13 May 2030, due to his inability to accept the appointment for personal reasons, as notified to the Bank on 12 May 2026.

This information is publicly available on the websites of the Zagreb Stock Exchange and the Bank, in the Official Register of Regulated Information (HANFA), and has been submitted to HINA for publication.
