We warn against fraudulent SMS messages with the aim of financial fraud. Fraudsters falsely present themselves as Zagrebačka banka and induce recipients to open a link to the Bank's fake website and update the token information by entering personal and/or card information, including those generated by the token. Please do not follow the instructions.
The Bank will never ask you to upload or scan a QR code on its website to renew/move the m-zaba/m-token to a new device, or to scan QR codes with the m-zaba/m-token to supposedly confirm your identity, transaction and alike.
We remind you that - through any communication channel - the Bank will never ask clients for the full credit/debit card number and PINs, credentials, and token number, as well as the codes generated by the token (OTP, MAC) or activation keys for accessing online banking (m- zaba and e-zaba).
When receiving text messages or other suspicious requests to update personal information, it is extremely important to be cautious and not share any information.
In case of doubt about the authenticity of messages, e-mails or calls please contact the Bank via 01/3773 333 or zaba@unicreditgroup.zaba.hr.
