We warn against fraudulent SMS and WhatsApp messages in which fraudsters present themselves as a son, daughter or other relative, and in which they state that they have lost or damaged their mobile device and write from a new number and ask for money to be deposited to the IBAN specified in the message.
Be careful and do not deposit money to unverified accounts, do not act on the instructions you received from unknown persons from unknown phone numbers. If you believe that there is a basis for the sent message, contact the person on the number you have saved from before and check if they really sent you a request for payment.
