A paid internship program lasting several months for students of IT or mathematics which gives the participants the opportunity to learn about and work with state-of- the-art development tools, advanced IT technologies and mathematical methods in banking.
Based on different practical tasks and projects and with the support of experienced mentors, the participants learned about Big Data, modelling, coding, machine learning, web design, risks, etc.
Practical learning are complemented with theoretical knowledge through internal professional training. Also students had the opportunity to find creative solutions through teamwork in projects addressing specific topics.

Zaba Banking Academy is a paid internship program lasting several months for final-year students, preferably graduating in economics, who want to learn how banks operate and get an insight into the banking market.
Based on practical work in the real business environment and with the support of experienced mentors, the participants will learn about corporate network and international clients, liquidity risk and data quality, credit risk monitoring, project finance, planning and controlling and commercial strategy.
Practical learning will be complemented with theoretical knowledge through a range of business trainings and tours of other parts of the Bank.
They will also have the opportunity to find creative solutions through teamwork in projects addressing specific topics.
