Beginning of term of the Chairman and the member of the board of Zagrebačka banka

Zagrebačka banka d.d. announces that, upon receipt of the prior consent of the CNB to their appointment, the term of office of Jasna Mandac, a member of the Bank's Management Board, begins on 26 July 2021, and on 1 September 2021 begins the term of office of the Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank Ivan Vlaho, both appointed by the decision of the Supervisory Board of 12 April 2021.

The term of office of the Chairman of the Management Board Romeo Collina ends on the day of the beginning of the term of the Chairman of the Management Board, based on the resignation given due to retirement.
