Payments abroad require:

You can submit an order up to 60 days in advance, in which case sufficient funds for the order execution have to be secured in the transaction account on the day indicated as the payment execution date.

If you receive inflows from abroad, submit the following data to your partners:

  • full name and address of your company – payment beneficiary
  • IBAN or your company’s account number

IBAN is a unique international identifier for the client's account in the bank determined in accordance with the international standards of the European Commission on Banking Standards ISO 13616. IBAN, introduced on 1 July 2003 on the basis of an agreement among the EU Member States, is one of the basic conditions for automatic processing of payment orders in the banks of the European Union.
If IBAN is not specified on the payment order, foreign banks subsequently charge for processing costs.
If you submit the payment order electronically, IBAN is entered without blanks or spaces, and on the payment order in paper form every four characters must be separated by one blank space.
Croatian IBAN contains 21 alphanumeric characters, and your IBAN in Zagrebačka banka is visible in the business account statement.

Zagrebačka banka will process the personal data entered in the form below for the purpose of arranging a meeting in one of its branches and will keep them for 30 days. We suggest that you enter your OIB, so the banker could prepare the best financial offers based on the available data.
