Conditions
Payment order acceptance device is intended for business entities who have a transaction account with the Bank. Payment orders must be certified by signature of a person authorised for signing of payment orders on paper and by stamp. Signatures of authorised signatories for transaction accounts and the seal must be stored in the Bank (signature form filled out and submitted).
When will a payment order in favour of an account of a payee outside of the Bank submitted through the payment order acceptance devicebe executed?
Payment orders in favour of the account of a payee outside of the Bank are executed in accordance with the Execution Time Schedule for the Use of Transactions Accounts of Business Entities. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays established by law are considered to be non-business days for payments to the accounts outside of the Bank.
When will a payment order in favour of an account of a payee in the Bank submitted through the payment order acceptance device be executed?
Payment orders for the payee's account in the Bank received on the day of execution no later than one hour before the end of the branch business day will be executed on the same day, and all the others the next day. Sundays, holidays established by law and non-business days of the branch in which the device is located are considered to be non-business days for payment to the accounts of the Bank.
Which payment orders submitted through the payment order acceptance device will be executed?
The Bank takes over all properly filled out payment orders found in the device and executes them in accordance with The General Terms and Conditions of Zagrebačka banka d.d. Governing the Use of Transactions Accounts of Business Entities, Execution Time Schedule for the Use of Transactions Accounts of Business Entities and The General Terms and Conditions of Zagrebačka banka d.d. Governing the Use of Direct Channels by Business Entities
What happens with payment orders submitted through the payment order acceptance device that are not properly filled out?
The Bank does not take responsibility for execution of payment orders that it did not find in the device and for payment orders that are not properly filled out, while the principal by using this device unconditionally accepts the specified waivers of the Bank. Payment orders that are not properly filled out can be collected in the Bank branch in which the device into which you have submitted the order is located.
How far ahead can I set an order through the payment order acceptance devicet for execution?
You can submit the payment order to the Bank up to 60 (sixty) calendar days prior to the execution date. Such a payment order is recorded after receipt, and executed on the execution date.
