Loan for sole proprietors

Terms

The terms and conditions of the loan are defined by the sustainability of your business, i.e. your creditworthiness. You will receive all information from your Relationship Manager.

Required documents

• Loan application
• Status documents (not required if you are a client of Zagrebačka banka)
• Financial documents:
  
  For income tax payers:
  -income tax returns for the previous two business years with appendices: an excerpt from the Book of Receipts and Expenditures and the List of Fixed Assets
  -a copy of the Tax Administration’s decision on the amount of income tax payment for the previous two years
  -an excerpt from the Book of Receipts and Expenditures for the current year
  -review of fixed assets, review of accounts payable and receivables on the date of application
  -a certificate of debt to the Tax Administration, the Croatian Health Insurance Fund and the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute
  
  For corporate income tax payers:
  -a copy of the filled out corporate income tax return with annual financial statements, certified by the Tax Administration, for the previous two business years
  -a financial statement for the last quarter before submitting the application
  -analitička analytical reports (buyers, suppliers, stocks, debentures with other banks and/or leasing companies)
• BON-2 or SOL-2 forms not older than one month, only for accounts which are not in Zagrebačka banka
• a certificate of debt to the Tax Administration, the Croatian Health Insurance Fund and the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute
• analytical reports (buyers, suppliers, stocks, debentures with other banks and/or leasing companies)

The Bank may also request other documents as necessary.

Prices

Interest rate has been defined by the Decision on Interest Rates of Zagrebačka banka.

The application processing fee has been defined by the Decision on Fees Tariff for Bank Services.
