Instalment payment

The service is arranged by concluding a card acceptance agreement with your Relationship Manager.

You need to arrange the acceptance of the Zaba e-commerce service with instalment payments.

EFT POS terminal will accept cards for instalment payment within 5 days from the agreement conclusion. The Bank's external partner will install the application on the EFT POS terminal, deliver the sticker and educate the sales personnel.

You can accept debit card for current account in euro, Individual Mastercard, go!card Mastercard and Visa Business charge cards issued by Zagrebačka banka.

The maximum number of instalments is 24 or 36 (depending on the type of card).

For refund of an instalment payment, please fill in the form Zahtjev prodajnog mjesta za financijski ispravak transakcije which you need to send to Zaba along with the customer's receipt (“slip”).

For maximum security, follow the guidelines from the Instructions for Points of Sale which you will receive with the EFT POS terminal.
