The e-Zdravstveno (e-Health Insurance) service is intended for business entities, contribution payers who are entered in the register of the Croatian Health Insurance Fund.
The e-Zdravstveno (e-Health Insurance) service enables:
- application for registration and deregistration of insured persons
- changing information related to insured persons electronically
- registration of workers and their family members (children and spouses).
In order to start using the service, you must download and install the e-Zdravstveno (e-Health Insurance) application on your computer after authorisation.

The prerequisite for using the service is obtaining authorisation. For authorisation, you must fill in an application form available on the website of the Croatian Health Insurance Fund. You can bring the completed and scanned application form to any regional office of the Fund or sign it electronically and send it from the email address of a responsible person to the Fund's email address at prijava@hzzo-net.hr.
