e-Mirovinsko (e-Pension Insurance)

The e-Mirovinsko (e-Pension Insurance) service enables electronic business with the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute. It is intended for:

• business entities, to register contribution payers and insured persons
• natural persons, who are entered in the applicable register for the registration of workers.

The e-Mirovinsko (e-Pension Insurance) service enables:

• submitting registration forms in the pension insurance system:

-The eM - 1P form - insurance registration

-The eM - 2P form - insurance deregistration

-The eM - 3P form - insurance change application

-The eM - 11P form - registering start of operations of the insurance contribution payers

-The eM -12P - registering wind-up of operations of the contribution payer

-The eM -13P form - registering change of information of the contribution payer

• viewing status of submitted e-registrations
• downloading submitted e-registrations
• downloading error notifications and reasons for failed receipt of e-forms.

The content, layout of the forms for e-registration and the required documents which need to be enclosed with the e-registration have been defined by the Regulations on Keeping of Master Records of the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute.

A prerequisite for using the service is granted authorization, for which it is necessary to fill out an application. The application can be delivered to one of the offices of the Fund or signed electronically and sent from the responsible persons email address to the Croatian Health Insurance Funds email address.
