You can pay online with Business Mastercard cards. All Zagrebačka banka cards support the 3-D Secure security standard, that is, reliable authentication is enabled when paying with Zaba cards on the internet. The method of confirming the transaction after entering the card data depends on whether the acceptance point supports the security standard or whether a certain exemption applies (eg for transactions of small values, subscriptions - recurring transactions, etc.). Important: From June 26, 2024, the possibility of authorization via m-tokenPS by entering MAC/APPLI2 data will be abolished, and a new method of authorization by scanning a QR code from the Bank's screen interface will be introduced.

Upon receiving a statement or notification of incurred costs, depending on the card type, please check the accuracy and completeness of the information on transactions immediately. A complaint needs to be filed to the bank in writing right away, and no later than 30 days from the date of the notification of incurred costs, or the day the account is debited, depending on the card type. The user is obliged to report a lost or stolen card immediately to the bank’s Contact Centre (24/7) via tel. 01 3789 789 and confirm the report in writing in nearest branch of the bank.

• Destroy the old card (it will suffice to cut it through the magnetic stripe) after the expiration date

• Make sure to check the transaction amount prior to payment
• After the payment, verify that the card returned to you is really yours
