Entrepreneurs and other corporate tax payers will be able to submit their annual financial statements and prescribed documentation to the Register of Annual Financial Reports via the new e-RGFI application. The new application was developed by Ministarstvom financija in cooperation with Fina.
The application will be available for the submission of annual financial reports and prescribed documentation for the year 2024.
The advantages of the new application are:
Connection with e-Zastupanja (e-Representation) and e-Ovlaštenja (e-Authorization) systems
There is no longer a need to grant authorization to submit and sign the AFR, any person authorized to represent entrepreneurs or corporate tax payers, who is registered in the basic registers (e.g. the Court Register), as well as any authorized person, will be able to submit and sign annual financial statements through the application using a high-level security credential.
Easier assignment of power of attorney
If the authorized person wants to transfer the rights of delivery and signing to another person, he/she will be able to do so free of charge, through the e-Authorization system or within the application itself. Exceptionally, authorized persons who do not have a high-level security credential and wish to transfer authority to another person will be able to do so free of charge via the online system Fina Virtual counter.
Fina will inform users about all the details, as well as the date of availability of the application, on its website www.fina.hr.
The Register of Annual Financial Reports (RGFI) is the central source of information on the financial position of entrepreneurs and natural persons who are liable for income tax.
The Register is organized as a "public electronic library" of the Croatian economy in which anyone, without having to state the reason for the request, can obtain the financial report of any business entity that is obliged to submit annual financial reports for several years.
In the Registry, you can obtain financial data for all those liable to submit annual financial reports. In addition to the annual financial reports, RGFI also has other documentation of taxpayers that they submitted to the Registry (auditor's report, Notes to financial statements, etc.).
