Zagrebačka banka d.d., in accordance with Article 496 of the Capital Market Act, hereby announces that unaudited quarterly financial statements for 3Q 2023 are available on the website of Zagrebačka banka d.d. on 22 October 2023, at www.zaba.hr, and that on the same day they will be delivered for publication on the website of the Zagreb Stock Exchange and in the Official Register of Regulated Information (HANFA).
