Zagrebačka banka d.d. (the Bank) hereby announces that, in accordance with the decision on approval of the Croatian National Bank, received on 20 October 2021, the term of the elected Supervisory Board members, Mr. David Bazzarello and Mrs. Daniela Croitoru, began.
The term of office of the members of the Supervisory Board - Mr. Wolfgang Schilk and Mr. Aurelio Maccari - ends on the day of the beginning of the term of office of the elected members.
The term of office of the elected Supervisory Board members lasts until the end of the term of office of the current Supervisory Board od 4 (four) years, which began on 11 May 2018.
